As a future Patent Paralegal, you will support our patent attorneys in the responsible task of securing the market position of our clients in the field of industrial property rights (patents, trademarks, designs), defending them against attacks and expanding them.

In your field of work, this exciting task results in multi-layered activities that require initiative, diligence, flexibility and punctuality – in short, a high degree of reliability. As you will get to know technical innovations and marketing campaigns before they are launched on the market, you will have a high level of trust.

You will organize important processes of the firm, be responsible for timely fee payments, deadlines and time limits, prepare worldwide applications for intellectual property rights, correspond with our clients and attorney colleagues in Germany and abroad, and coordinate meetings. You are the energetic basis for our work.

Your strengths:

You have a “Realschulabschluss”, a “Fachhochschulreife” or a “Abitur”.

You enjoy speaking and writing in German and English and are looking for a challenging and fulfilling profession that brings together complex interrelationships and requirements and gives you insights into many areas in a wide variety of fields, from technical developments to procedures at authorities and courts to corporate strategies.
