Your fields of activity:

• All tasks in connection with the processing of industrial property rights
• File management including data management
• Independent correspondence with clients, offices, foreign colleagues and service providers
• Administration of deadlines with independent management of the deadline calendar
• Processing and filing of domestic and foreign applications for industrial property rights

Your qualifications:

• Completed professional training as a patent paralegal
• Alternatively, commercial training with several years of experience in a patent law firm
• Several years of professional experience would be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
• Affinity for IT infrastructure and databases desirable
• Agile, proactive and efficient way of working
• Structured, reliable and independent work organization
• High willingness to take responsibility
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of PatOrg, EPOline and DPMAdirekt an advantage
